Sport is becoming a serious sustainable business conversation, not just a commercialization story. West Kennedy Consulting advises the organizations building the partnerships and infrastructure that prove it.

The lens.

Triple bottom line, by design.

The best partnerships I've worked on produced three kinds of value at once. Commercial returns for the business. Community returns for the people in the building and on the block. Long-term returns for the franchise of the property itself. Most sport business work is still set up to optimize for one of those at a time and call it a win.

The next decade of sport business is going to be defined by organizations that figure out how to do all three on purpose. Not as ESG window dressing. As the actual operating model. That's what West Kennedy works on with the people building it.

I've always just said yes to opportunity and worked to reflect and adjust based on the outcome. That same posture guides the advisory work — you don't wait for the perfect model before you move. If you can see the path clearly, you run at it.

Sport is the next highlight in sustainable business, not just the commercialization story it's known for in the Big Four.

Service lines.
